MOC 16 - Technique Challenge - Clipping a photo to a Mask

Wendy P had a technique challenge.  It was a technique I've used before.  Once I saw the photos I wanted to do and a two tone paint, the layout nearly fell into place.  I had to put a layer mask on the photo to erase part of it to exposed the darker blue paint and I duplicated the paint and created a selection of the lighter color and deleted it.   I also had to put a layer mask on the scribble to erase parts under the paint.  Fun, easy and I love the result.
