MOC4 - Day24 - Inspiration/Redo Challenge

This challenge called for redoing an older layout for the inspiration.  It was required to reuse the predominant photo from the original layout.  I chose a layout I did for a challenge at Jessica Sprague's site YEARS ago.  I never did publish on the web this photo with the colored tulips, so in a way it is an all new layout.
