This layout is for the Out Of The Box Challenge for November at Digital Scrapbooking Studio.  The challenge was to make a cluster in a corner of the page.  I used a variety of kits from Jen Maddocks Designs for it.  I used some unconventional colors for Christmas.

I finished up the challenges for November at The Lilypad.  I had a heck of a problem with the CD Muckosky alpha because the "m" was missing.  I used three "n"s and did a bunch of erasing and cloning to make an "m".

The Inspiration Challenge required a recipe.  Mine is in the form of journaling.

I made this page for the Photography Challenge at The Lilypad which needed to have a nostalgic emphasis.  I thought this old photo of Rachel learning to float would work, but I was supposed to take a current photo of something that brought back memories.  I decided to pull it and just use it as a random layout.  I loved how it turned out.

I found that Jen had a beautiful Christmas bundle available today so I hopped to it and created a page with a photo never used before.  At first I was going to clone Brian's feet out of it, but decided that it showed someone was home.

Lynn had a new template set, but she asked that we not used the kit releasing the same day, so I got to used some older kits that I thought would favor the photo.  It also happens to feature Vivian's current favorite color, purple.

red Ivy November Challenge

I love the Red Ivy challenges because I love her whimsical, playful designs.  Here is my layout for her challenge that requires split or stacked background papers.  I did both.

Two Challenges at Designer Digitals

I got the supplies for two of the November challenges at Designer Digitals.  The first layout I made for the Color Spot Challenge - Pumpkin Seeds.  There was a really pretty color palette.  I picked a template that had some of the colors to be my foundation to the page.  I then added some extra bits to round out the colors.

Berna's Playground and a Font Challenge

I tried another challenge at Digital Scrapbooking Studio.  The font that was required looked cute enough but it's a bit of a light-weight in actual use.  I probably won't keep it.  I used a whole lot of small kits I've purchased from Berna Datema which makes me happy.  I love the crop on the photo of Vivian which was a bit of an accident.
